1. Return & Refund Eligibility
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
✅ Eligible Items for Return:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused abayas and hijabs
• Items in their original packaging with tags attached
• Products with no stains, perfumes, or damage
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
• Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
• Customized or altered abayas
• Hijabs or innerwear due to hygiene reasons
2. How to Request a Return
Email us at returns@malsra.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will review your request and send you a return authorization within 2-3 business days.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.)
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Processing
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
• If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, check with your bank before contacting us.
4. Exchanges
• Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 14 days (customer covers return shipping).
• To exchange, follow the return process and mention that you’d like an exchange instead of a refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@malsra.com with:
✅ Order number
✅ Photos of the item showing the issue
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
6. Cancellations & Order Changes
• Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After that, processing begins, and cancellations may not be possible.
• Contact support@malsra.com ASAP for any urgent changes.
